All of our products are shipped from Turkey. 


How can I change my order and do I have to pay for the change?

Based on our experience, we can say that the majority of exchange requests are due to the wrong size or wrong product purchase. Considering that the exchange process may take up to 14 days, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the size charts and product descriptions and then proceed with the order.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for paying your shipping cost. Please contact us (support@ popuststore .com) to exchange your purchased item or to re-arrange the shipment. Our teams in the Balkan regions will support you.

When the product reaches the Turkey warehouse, the product inspection process begins, which takes approximately 1-2 days. Following this, if our experts evaluate the product as suitable for exchange, the shipment of the new product will begin, and the shipping fee of the new product belongs to the customer.

How can I return my order and get my payment back?

If you decide to return the order, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

The return of the purchased product should be made to our warehouse in Turkey. Please contact us (support@ popuststore .com) to organize the return process. Our teams will provide you with relevant support. Also, please note that we do not refund the shipping cost you originally paid when ordering, should you decide to return.

Once the product reaches the warehouse, it will go through the routine product inspection process, which can take 3-4 business days. Your refund request will then be reported to our finance department and your payment will be returned to your account within 5-15 business days.

Do I have to pay for shipping for returns and product exchanges?

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for paying for your return (ie return shipping costs). We do not refund shipping charges paid when placing an order.

Product Exchange

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for paying for your exchange (ie the exchange shipping fee). We strongly recommend that you review the size charts and product descriptions on our product pages in order to minimize product change requests caused by incorrect size orders.
