How do I follow my order?

You will receive 4 transaction emails until the delivery of the package you create your order:

  1. The order confirmation email will notify you that we will receive your order yet and soon to work on.
  2. The stock status update email, stock status and will inform you about the warehouse where your order will be sent.
  3. The Shipment Update Email will let you know that your order will ship this email to the day you receive this e-mail.
  4. The Local Post Office email will let you know that your order has arrived at your country and yet delivered to your local post office.

In addition to these transaction emails, you can also log in to your account to check the status of your order.

I need an account to order?

No, you don't need to have it. We know how complicated and time consuming of the account creation steps. Therefore, we are trying to keep these steps as simple as possible: Add the products to your cart and enter your information. Everything will be completed when you choose the payment method. That's it! You have already placed an order without creating an account.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I change my address / update?

Wrong Size/ I ordered items; Can I rearrange the contents of my order?

In this consent phase, you can let us know that you want to rearrange the contents of your order.

Please note that if you have confirmed your "original" order in the approval stage immediately.

The order is processed after your approval, so you can now rearrange your order, you can follow the change path if you wish.

What are shipment costs, times and conditions?

Shipment Cost: The shipment cost is the size of the product you purchased and the weight of the product depends on where to send and local postage fees.

Shipment and Delivery Times:There are many warehouses in the Balkan countries and in Turkey. But most of our stock is in Turkey. For this reason, shipment and delivery times can vary depending on the distance between the warehouse and the destination address to which the product will be sent. For customers in Europe and the Balkans, the product is in stock in these countries, the delivery time is 3 working days. If it is to be sent from warehouses in Turkey may take 8-14 business days.

Shipment Conditions: As a customer, you are responsible for paying your changes and returns (ie shipping costs). Please note that the shipping charges paid in the first place are not returned in the first place.
